@MRingTechCom @BikeWinnipeg @MBAccelerator You don’t need a “plan,” you just need to not do the thing you know you’re not supposed to do. You took over a space on a pedestrian bridge. You don’t get to go all surprised pikachu about this.

In terms of a further update I appreciate the concerns raised by @BikeWinnipeg and others. @MBAccelerator is going to work with @BikeWinnipeg to develop a plan to implement some creative solutions for moving people to and from the bridge when we host events.

I had a nice chat with @MRingTechCom at @MBAccelerator. Marshal appreciates our concerns and has assured me no more busses are planned to be used on the bridge and he has spoken to his employees about not parking on the bridge when making deliveries. Now let's all be #nice!

The infill battle would go so much smoother with better design and materials. A little brick goes a long way….and it’s not even expensive anymore.

I really like this little infill housing project in St. Boniface. It fits the street nicely and the use of brick gives it a sense of permanence. I can picture streets lined with these across Winnipeg’s mature neighbourhoods.

Super proud of the team that built this. After years of waiting for Google to support SCIM we went “welp, guess we’re doing this the hard way.” And they did. It’s quite awesome in how it works.

@bpincott Yup that’s correct. They should have brown bits and what matters most is that when you rub them in your fingers you can then smell something hoppy and not grassy. If you break it apart you should see the yellow stuff which is what you’re actually after.

Very small needle for scale. I managed to dislodge the little metal shard! Now you can’t feel the chip at all and can barely see it.
