The council is changing its own planting for good environmental reasons but it's up to shops, pubs etc what to do with their hanging baskets. I was pleased to host a meeting of both Salisbury City and Wiltshire Councillors including the leader and cabinet members for transport and planning to discuss the ways we can ensure that investment in infrastructure keeps pace with new homes planned for the city.
