⭕️ The Israeli military issued an evacuation threat at 1 am local time for parts of Maachouq near Tyre in southern Lebanon, warning residents near a building marked on a published map to immediately move at least 300 meters away.
The notice claimed the targeted area was located near “Hezbollah-affiliated facilities” and identified nearby landmarks including the Imam Khomeini Mosque, Al Fajr Pharmacy, and Pharmacy Al Hassan as falling within the Israeli kill zone.
Similar flyers have preceded Israeli airstrikes across Lebanon.

🇱🇧⭕️ Field monitoring channels documented a broad wave of Israeli attacks across Lebanon on May 18, reporting at least 31 airstrikes by Israeli warplanes, 5 drone strikes, extensive artillery shelling across more than 25 towns, and multiple controlled demolitions in southern border areas.
The reported strikes targeted towns across southern Lebanon including Jezzine district, Tyre district, Nabatieh, Marjayoun, and areas near the border, while additional airstrikes were reported in Baalbek in eastern Lebanon.
The shelling included phosphorus strikes in Arnoun, according to the report. Explosions caused by Israeli forces were also reported between Aitaroun and Blida, and in Alman–Al Choumeriyeh.

⭕️ Lebanon’s Health Ministry says at least 115 medical workers and more than 200 children have been killed since the start of Israel’s assault on Lebanon, amid systematic attacks on the country’s healthcare sector.
Ambulances, rescue crews, emergency centers, and hospitals have repeatedly come under Israeli strikes, even as medics responded to bombardments under collapsing infrastructure and the constant threat of new attacks.
The escalation continues despite ongoing direct Lebanon-Israel talks in Washington. Israel Hayom reports the U.S.-backed “ceasefire extension” effectively grants Israel another 45 days of military operations in Lebanon.

HEAVY DOUBLE-TAP BOMBING OF PARAMEDICS IN SOUTH LEBANON "Double-tapping" has become an Isr*eli trademark in Lebanon, according to Sovereign Media reporter Hadi Hoteit, reporting from South Lebanon. Behind him lies an Islamic Health Committee ambulance—destroyed by an Isr*eli Hermes 450 drone while trying to rescue people hit by an earlier strike. Hoteit reports that the Isr*elis claim they target Hezb*llah fighters, but on the ground, they are targeting civilians and using double-tapping to target those trying to save them. Since the war escalated on March 2, at least 2,900 people have been k*lled across Lebanon, including over 200 children. More than 8,600 have been wounded. Over 1.1 million people—one in five of Lebanon's population—have been displaced. The World Health Organisation has recorded 158 attacks on healthcare, resulting in 108 de*ths and 249 injuries among medical personnel. More than 100 paramedics have been k*lled intentionally, with over 300 others injured. Three hospitals and 41 primary health centres remain closed. Just this week, two paramedics were k*lled in Nabatieh. A drone struck the perimeter of Sheikh Ragheb Harb Hospital—and when ambulance crews rushed to help, they were struck as well. Two medics were k*lled in Qalaouai, and five were injured. Hoteit describes the pattern as unmistakable: first strike a civilian area, then strike the responders. This ensures the wounded cannot be evacuated to hospitals—many of which have also been bombed, including hospitals in Bint Jbeil, Meiss Ej Jabal, and Salah Ghandour Hospital. The Isr*elis claim all targets are Hezb*llah fighters. But as Hoteit reports on the ground, they are breaking the will of the people, leaving the wounded with nowhere to turn.
