Things I have done to cut costs in the last 30 days
1. Gorgias to Commslayer - 2k/mo
2. New payment processor - 1k/mo
3. Renegotiate with 3pl in lieu of tariffs - 1.5k/mo
4. Cheaper boxes for 3pl (ditched Uline) - 4k/mo
5. Prune Klaviyo - 4k/mo
6. Get a new CC number and wait to see what doesn't break - 2k/mo
Early every year there must be a prune. Stay scrappy friends.

July 2024 our family bakery paid $5.50/Lb for the egg product we use.
Just got a quote for $25/Lb.
Minimum order is 1,350 Lbs.
It's worse than people think.

$PL $3.50->5.19 Super clean balance sheet + steady revenue growth and sticky customer base… Very few companies in such a high-growth space with zero debt, lots of cash, trading at only ~4.5x revenue with lots of room for growth… Also pretty clear that PL is the best tech out there, strong moat by having to have satellite constellation in orbit. Add in recent contracts, rev growth, hiring of former space force director, and the fact the GV invested/incubated makes me incredibly bullish. Always NFA but I have a target of $20-40 per share in the event they can scale their revenue to ~$1B. (Currently about $300mm annualized)
