Wow, your web app has so many bugs. Billing and profile issues, pricing delays on live charts, and inconsistent crypto prices between 1H, 4H, and 1D views. Also, AI-TA/trend data is inaccurate, and despite paying, my account is stuck on the "Free Tier" for both the UI and API. Support is nowhere to be found.

The on-chain flow in your thread doesn't prove "funding" in the sense of a gift, donation, or investment from Mashinsky to SpaceX. It's fully consistent with SpaceX simply buying Bitcoin OTC from him (or his wallets). BTC flows from seller to buyer. Exactly what the graph shows. The fiat payment never appears on-chain, so forensic tools can't see it. That's how every legitimate large OTC trade works.

The Clarity Act does not affect how Circle manages its reserves. Those are governed by separate requirements. The profit Circle earns by investing in T-bills will now stay with them instead of being shared with Coinbase. Coinbase’s yield model is getting killed because it relied on taking a cut of that T-bill interest pie to pay users.

If Clarity act passes and there's no stable coin yield, then Circle can't use idle USDC for investing. I'd be curious to see if they have the reserves still.
