This is not an isolated incident. Multiple creators are reporting the same issue: Channels are being demonetized or terminated without clear explanations. Appeals are rejected within minutes, then later reversed with “no violation.” Yet creators still lose income, audience, and time — with no accountability. If there was no violation, what justified the initial action? Where does the lost ad revenue go? At the same time, YouTube’s auto-dubbing system is full of errors, distorting original content without creators’ consent. This is not an isolated case — this is a systemic problem. YouTube said a “human review” confirmed violations, deleted my channel, and rejected my appeal in 1 minute—then reversed everything days later and restored it with “no violation,” while a broken auto-dubbing system distorted my videos for viewers. This is what happened: March 18, 2023 – Monetization suspended for “reused content” without specific explanation, forcing me to delete multiple videos with millions of views. October 18–20, 2025 – Another “reused content” warning. After appeal, YouTube confirmed “no violation” following a claimed human review. January 28, 2026 – Channel terminated under “Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scams,” with no specific evidence provided. Appeal rejected in about 1 minute. YouTube support stated that a “specialist reviewer” confirmed the violation, and a similar claim was reportedly provided to a government authority. February 6, 2026 – I notified YouTube Legal of potential punitive damages. February 8, 2026 – YouTube restored my channel as “no violation,” directly contradicting their prior claims. April 1, 2026 – Monetization suspended again for “reused content,” without identifying any violating videos or criteria. At the same time, YouTube applied auto-dubbing to my channel without my consent. While my own account plays audio normally, other viewers experience severely distorted or unusable audio, likely damaging retention, views, and revenue. Due to this audio corruption, it is possible that YouTube’s AI misclassified my content as “reused,” while many similar channels remain unaffected. Additionally, shortly before the April 1 monetization suspension, I had publicly indicated that I would expose networks of mass-produced bot-like channels that artificially inflate views and post multiple coordinated comments from single accounts, raising concerns about manipulation of public discourse. The timing of the enforcement raises further questions about whether content-related factors may have influenced the decision. This raises serious concerns about: – Contradictory enforcement decisions – 1-minute appeal rejections – Questionable “human review” processes – AI/system errors affecting moderation – Lack of transparency and due process ☆Screenshot showing videos with auto-dubbing enabled where audio is missing or severely distorted for viewers.
