Dear Ms. Bhatia, we understand your concern about carrying tennis rackets. Sports equipment must be included as part of your checked baggage allowance. Air India will levy a handling charge for domestic and international flights for any sports equipment that is submitted as checked baggage regardless of whether it falls under Free Baggage Allowance (FBA). So @airindia is asking to pay for tennis rackets to travel in luggage and not allowing in cabin baggage as well. So as a sports person of the country, it’s a punishment that I will need to pay every time extra to use my equipment. #amazing

@airtelindia I have just been fraud charged insanely amount on my phone bill by airtel when I am not even in India and when I contact customer care, they don’t help. This is not done airtel and I don’t know who to contact anymore so tweeting here and help me out!!
