The case is related to medical negligence .. One ITBP Jawan's mother's hand was amputated. His family alleges medical negligence. They filed case to Kanpur Police. There are strict guidelines by Supreme Court on how medical negligence cases to be handled. First there will be a probe by District Medical Officer headed team. But today unfortunate things happened. Let us see how UP Police, ITBP HQ and NHA handle this issue in coming days

Being unaware of the nuances of grammar Shri Malviya fails to notice that I used the word HAD for loss of FCRA clearance for the Missionaries Of Charity. On December 25, 2021, the Home Ministry refused to renew FCRA for the organisation. Missionaries of Charity and 1000s of other NGOs LOST FCRA clearance, which was later restored. Additionally during Christmas 2025 there was a sharp spike in several well documented cases of attacks against Christmas celebrations in @BJP4India ruled states. YOU are a fake news czar Mr Malviya. You in fact do terrible disservice to your party.

The hard facts are: • The Missionaries of Charity is registered under FCRA and continues to hold an active FCRA registration. • The validity of the FCRA registration is till 31-12-2026. • No application concerning its FCRA status is pending as on date. Sagarika Ghose cannot be allowed to brazenly spread falsehoods and evade scrutiny. Her attempt to deliberately tarnish Bharat’s image through misinformation is reprehensible and deserves to be called out unequivocally. As a public figure holding a tax-funded position, she must be held accountable for her statements and conduct.
