After my Army time ended I struggled with working out thinking I could do it on my own without a coach. I struggled for a couple years then found @futurefitapp and it’s been amazing since day one. Big year last year at the gym!

@krispuckett @futurefitapp Way to stick with it. It’s all about trying to get a tiny bit better each day. That’s why it’s called Future. This all compounds to contribute to a higher quality of life, for longer.

My fitness journey was wild last year for a lot of reasons. 3 week long stays at the hospital for youngest kid. Career stress. Traveling. Got gnarly travel food poisoning in June. But I’m proud of staying committed and thankful for @futurefitapp for another year of growth.

Thanks to my Future coach, Kurtis, I was more active in ‘24 and in the best shape of my life, despite being older, and overwhelmingly busy as a CEO and dad. ↗️ 241 workouts in ‘24 (+9% yoy) *️⃣ Still consistent at 4-5x / week ↗️ Year 7 with coach @KurtisRayfield *️⃣ Mostly afternoon workouts ↗️ 46 mins on avg ↗️ 3,535 pushups in ‘24 (+15%) ↗️ 1.06m lbs lifted in total ➡️ 1,261 texts w/ Kurtis (3.5/day)
