I do think the chances of R’s getting locked out of the CA gov race are now higher than Dems. The combined GOP vote share across polls (30% average) has been much closer to Trump’s ‘24 percentage in the state (38%) than the Dems’ equivalent. The remaining voters lean heavily Dem.
