@ReallyOldLife Gotta wonder how many miles away some of those panels ended up....and who will ultimately pay the clean up. I know I wouldn't want to find them in my fields.

Oldest son has committed to @Hillsdale! We are thankful for him and will miss him at home and all his diligent labor on the farm the last few years! Praise the Lord for his life and we pray for all the best in the future. Thank you Hillsdale for the generous scholarships!

I'm sorry, but even beyond betraying her country, this woman is awful. Off the chart levels of arrogance. I don't care how many medals she has, there is nothing about her I would encourage my daughters to emulate.

@WilliamEHillis @megbasham You're a little naive if you don't think we are in a war with China. We are and should be at war with the system of beliefs that China tries to influence the entire world with on a daily basis. That is as important of a war as one with physical weapons.

@conservmillen @gmk_julie He definitely isn't the sharpest tool in the toolbox. I'm also sad that many consider him "Reformed". His is a stain on truly reformed, and Christianity as a whole.

“You can’t covet a woman. You can only covet a man… who has ownership.” Does he know how the word coveting is properly used? “Do not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male servant, or his female servant.” You’re coveting the thing/person you want, not the one who has them. Dumb dumb dumb.

So the guy who moved to Texas to live in the house the father of his professional-nurse/wife bought and paid for is saying "the language of Scripture" is that the husband owns everything including his wife, children, possessions etc... "its HIS table, not our table, its the fruit of HIS legacy." So I guess the language of Proverbs 31 is meant to prove that she owned everything. Which in Joel's case would actually be more accurate. "She brings HER food from afar. And gives food to HER household And a portion to HER young women. She makes plans for a field and buys it; From the fruit of HER hands she plants a vineyard. She girds herself with strength And makes HER arms strong. She senses that HER gain is good; HER lamp does not go out at night. She extends HER hand to the poor, And she stretches out HER hands to the needy. She is not afraid of the snow for HER household, For all HER household are clothed with scarlet. She makes coverings for herself; HER clothing is fine linen and purple. HER husband is known in the gates, When he sits with the elders of the land. Anyone out there with experience regarding Hillsdale and Leader's Weekend? My son was contacted yesterday late afternoon and was told he has been accepted for Fall 26 and is invited to Leader's Weekend. Anyone know what this entails and what we can expect scholarship wise?

@UWdawgfan9 @Hillsdale @A_B_Russell Disagree. We are middle to low income business owners, changes yearly as we are farmers. It is likely that my son will go to Hillsdale and the plan is to pay his own way through merit scholarships and working as needed. We are far from elite and it's not for creds in politics.

@Hillsdale @A_B_Russell Being well below government inflated tuition costs, isn't the flex you think it is. The fact of the matter Hillsdale is not accessible to most normal middle income families. It caters to the elite who want credentials for a political job or working at a think tank.

Conservatives need to quit telling everyone to go to @Hillsdale College to get a degree-- at these prices, it's telling young people to bankrupt themselves with student debt, which isn't conservative at all.

@AstorAaron TOTALLY agree. I think we would be shocked. Even those who know this is a problem would have their eyes opened to the scale of it.

My most "nationalist" idea right now is that Twitter/X should list the country-of-origin of every poster and commenter. And I mean the country where the account is set up, not the country of a VPN server. There's just far too much garbage from accounts pretending to be American.

@ReallyOldLife I recognize a beautiful campus undergoing some change for the better! My son and I were up for an individual visit Sep 2 and we are excited about what is going on at Hillsdale, not just the building of physical structures but the building of wisdom, knowledge, and character!

Too many barely venture past the first few rows, and outlook on life optimist vs pessimist) plays into many guy's estimates. And we allow backyarditis to affect what we think about national yield.
