A very dark scenario that is playing out: The Elite have been able to centralize wealth on top using money printing. Top 1% owns 50% of global wealth. They can centralize it more in the future using money printing. If Bitcoin gets global adoption this won’t be possible because wealth would distribute over time to those that work hard. They know this so they want Bitcoin adoption to be low until AI and robots have taken our jobs. After that there are no people that can work hard to earn their bitcoins. They already own the companies that are making the AI and robots too they will be working for free for The Elite. Therefore we need to gain global Bitcoin adoption many years before AI and robots takes our jobs to be able to distribute enough wealth across the population. Yes We are Rolling out blockchain technology to digitize vehicle titles and License Plates to make title transfers and record keeping more efficient. This is part of the broader Digital eXperience Platform (DXP) project, which aims to modernize the DMV’s IT systems and business processes using cloud and automation. Our DXP project has three phases: 1. Phase 1: Focuses on occupational licensing. 2. Phase 2: Centers on vehicle registration. 3. Phase 3: Targets driver licensing. Once the DXP project is complete, service like vehicle transfers could take minutes as opposed to weeks. This project will also cut down on agency operating costs by reducing IT infrastructure, paper use, and manual processes. I'm sure many Californians have already began using our mobile wallet for TSA check in process. Phased Implementation: The title project specifically begins with a "shadow ledger" of titles on the blockchain, aiming for broader uses like our digital wallets to hold and transfer vehicle titles as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
