the @Carvana nightmare. 2 bald tires, 1 key fob, and a hatch that will not stay open--closed on me twice while loading, and very difficult to schedule a pick up to the point we have to drop off. They depend on customers who avoid confrontation and will just accept problems.

@boostmobile lost a customer tonight because I wanted to change my son's plans to spend more money with them and they couldn't make it work. You made ME work to give you more business and it still didn't work out. Honestly I can't complain about anything but that.

I’ll say this much, if Arthur Blank DOES fire Arthur Smith and does NOT fire Terry Fontenot with him, that’s a pure scapegoat job. You can’t separate the two at this point. If you blame the coach for his QB, the GM drafted him too. If you blame the coach for 7-10 three years straight, then you have to blame the GM for the same lack of progress. They are tied together. #Falcons
