Its tempting to attribute any trend to whatever your particular bugbear is, but surely the most parsimonious explanation here is that lots of people have just stopped watching broadcast TV?

@peterrhague It could also be that Comic relief was born out of the huge increase in prosperity that the boomers enjoyed, and working age people now are just measurably poorer and can't donate as much to charity, so don't engage with these events.

@MarkJLittlewood @SkySportsNews That's not as changeable as the fixture list. I get it, the BBC can be frustrating when you need to scroll through non-league fixtures to see Serie A, but they are focused on the UK and Sky is focused on selling you a sub to watch the football.

The club was not approached for permission for Sak to participate, nor were we made aware of his involvement in advance. Football clubs are making way to much of a deal of non league players playing in baller league. There no difference to them playing Sunday league or 5 a side at goals or power league with there mates. Only thing is they get a little money from baller league. So what let them play
