@EE @bt_uk @skytv If you are called by BT and offered a new contract to stop you leaving to a competitor, be careful. 5 months later you could be like me - paying MUCH MORE than if I’d joined @skytv and for services I do not even use, and wasted hours of pointless talking with BT agents.

@EE @bt_uk @skytv BT has all of my contact details but agents say they can’t call me back and often keep me on the phone for over an hour while they generate a new contract. When it is rejected by the BT system NO ONE does anything until I call back. It’s terrible terrible service.

Early last September a customer agent from @EE @bt_uk offered me a £32.99 broadband and phone package which I accepted. Now it’s Feb, they are still charging me more than £80 for services I do not use #BT #EE #CustomerServiceFail

Hi @SmartEnergyGB why is it this hard to get a smart meter in #Orkney? Folk here probably have most to gain from #smartmeter tech because mostly all Electric houses with high percentage of domestic renewables. But they are like hens teeth! #energytransition
