Maybe the most unusual restaurant concept in New York Enoteco Maria – a kitchen that rotates grandmothers from different countries Italian nonnas one night, then Japanese, Peruvian, Greek, etc. Each grandmother cooks a dish from her own home kitchen traditions They even made a TV show about it. Pretty cool The kicker: it's in Staten Island

Posted twice on LinkedIn today, got some decent engagement, and realized that there is close to zero overlap with Twitter. That’s a problem. This place is heavy on VCs, startup ecosystem, freelance and indie marketers, but the advertising folks are mostly gone. Gotta diversify.

One of my favorite stories my mom & dad ever shared with me was when my mom found $20 on the ground on her way to the grocery store. They were young parents & finances were tight. They said that night it felt like we were rich because they were able to buy bread & lunch meat & other basic groceries. Working for a company that that gave that opportunity to hundreds of other people is dope. Hope someone got that same fulfillment that my parents felt all those years ago.
