@TLRailUK A fight broke out at Redhill on platform 2 because someone was asked to keep his dog on the lead, staff in uniform were watching it escalate a man who I think was staff but not in uniform tried to get between them but other staff did nothing

@TLRailUK @SouthernRailUK when people are kicking the shit out of each other at the station and other people are getting caught up in it maybe staff could intervene or do something before they start punching each other on the platform

@SW_Help the lifts at Teddington are less than a year old and out of order more than they’re working. If non disabled people faced the same disruption and inaccessibility the problems would be fixed much faster

@robotpinemarten My apologies for the delay - I can see these were marked as out of service a week ago today. Unfortunately while engineers have been called, it can take some time if the lift requires parts to be ordered. ^CW

@SW_Help is there any danger of the lifts at Teddington being fixed? Why does it always take so long?

@MartinSLewis I never use self-service. I'd happily wait in a queue with one item than go and use an empty self-service. I ask for a till to be put on when they only have self check out open. Companies expecting me to do the work they used to pay people to do. No chance.
