@robr7373 They do make it up as they go along. Those pens we had against us at the start of the season had no intention either but were given. This one he was fouling Barry and used his hand to knock the ball out of play. And then they get a goal kick 🤣

“He’s gone to grab (foul) the player and he’s handballed it. Total accident. Goal kick”. It’s either corruption or incompetence. No third option but shouldn’t be anywhere near officiating. Back on duty the next week though

@robr7373 VAR can't give corners or free kicks, but has definitely done so this season when reviewing a possible penalty. United scored from one a few months back. The corner is the least they should have given to at least go some way to correcting the wrong decision all three of them made

Even if you buy the "total accident" reasoning from the VAR, why is a corner at least not awarded? There were two things this could have been penalty or a corner, what was given, a goal kick. They couldn't even get the lesser decision correct!
