BREAKINGN NEWS 🚨⚓️✈️ The Republic of Balochistan's Defense and Security Forces Have Secured 85% of Balochistan's Territory 13 July, 2026 Balochistan has declared its independence, adopted its national anthem, “"Ma Chukain Balochani," introduced its national flag, established its own currency the “Balochi Falus”and now exercises control over 85% of the territory of Balochistan. These developments make Balochistan deserving of international recognition. We now control the republic's gold and copper mines, more than 150 active gas fields, and over 1,200 operational coal mines across the Republic of Balochistan. Today, we are administering the State of Balochistan through our own security and defense forces. We may not possess fighter jets, attack helicopters, tanks, missiles, or heavy artillery, but we control our land. A force of 500,000 personnel comprising the Balochistan military, navy, air force, and civil administration stands ready to overthrow the occupying forces of Pakistan end of 2026. The patriotic people of the Republic of Balochistan have rejected Pakistan's external presence. At the same time, there has been a growing wave of resignations by Baloch, joined by Pashtuns, from the Pakistan Army, Police, Frontier Corps, and Levies. Based on the comments, If justice were accessible only through money or power, advocates like me would have no place in the profession. I come from an underprivileged background. Yet, as an advocate,This year itself, I have had the privilege of helping at least 85 central government recruitment aspirants secure appointments after they were illegally denied selection. That was possible because of one institution" the Judiciary" which functions on the rule of law, not on the whims and fancies of individuals. If your understanding of the Judiciary is shaped solely by sensational headlines or Bollywood movies, you will remain an ignorant fool and continue to misunderstand the third pillar of our democracy. Institutions deserve criticism when they err, but that criticism must be informed by facts, not fiction.

Cancer patient was about to die. She pleaded. Her plea has been listed 57 times. The court has still not heard it. Teesta Setalvad was about to be jailed. She pleaded. Her plea was listed out of turn. The court heard it at midnight. Cancer patient is dead. Teesta is alive.

If Judiciary is accessed only through money or power, advocates like me will be jobless. I come from an underprivileged background, and in my career as an advocate, I have made atleast 85 aspirants join services after they were illegally rejected from recruitment all because of this institution called Judiciary which doesn't operates on whims and fancies of certain individuals. If you form your opinion based on curated news articles or bollywood movies you will only remain as an ignorant fool who never understand the 3rd pillar of democracy.

@rohitsree97 @ARanganathan72 The institution has "access" problem. Those who can "access" the services and rights, through connection or money power or other means, gets that "access" on time. Rest are at mercy of their luck.

1. Normalise calling judges as “Judicial Servants”. But also start addressing your local Sarpanch, MLA, MP & officials as “Mr. Public Servant” and order them. 2. Encouraging litigants to intimidate & abuse Judge can have dangerous consequences. Tomorrow the powerful will adopt this tactic & obtain illegal orders. 3. Supreme Court, thru its basic structure doctrine, is protecting citizens from executive tyranny & legislative excesses. Ask for reform in judiciary but don’t damage it. 4. Prabal Partap’s case did not involve excessive judicial delay. He filed an application for registration of an FIR this year (2026) itself. The magistrate’s court did not dismiss his application but converted it in to a complaint case, in accordance with settled law. Instead of filing a revision petition before the sessions court, he directly approached the High Court. HC dismissed his petition on the ground that an efficacious alternative remedy was available. He then approached the Supreme Court, created unnecessary commotion, and set a bad example.

People like Anand Ranganathan, who routinely demand "just two minutes" on television debates, unfortunately seem unable to spare even two minutes to read the actual news report. Had he done so, he would have known that the patient passed away at an early stage of the proceedings, and that the Hon'ble High Court has continued the matter suo motu because it raises issues of significant public importance. Such irresponsible commentary erodes public confidence in institutions and fuels misinformation.

Our courts work overtime for terrorists, Naxals, and others, even ready for midnight hearings. But when it comes to ordinary citizens....... They say the judiciary is equal for all...

It will be a crime to say judges work only 196 days. It's a pity that Even the educated ones of this country doesn't know how judiciary works. A High court Judge in Kerala gets around 100 to 150 cases listed in a day. He starts around 9am in morning in his chamber, reads cases which are listed, starts his open court at 10.15am and sits and listens patiently for 3hrs till 1.15pm. by then around 60 cases would have been heard. He goes to his chamber take his lunch and returns back within 45mins. Then he again sits till 4.30pm to finish his list for the day. Then he returns to chamber, dictate orders for all the 150 cases heard today, his team has to verify and approve and then he has to sign the order and he reaches his home by 10.30 pm. This is a daily routine for almost all the judges. What common people see in open court is just a fraction of time being spent by the judge in his work. Don't be an ignorant thankless creature.

Police work 365 days. Soldiers work 365 days. Employees work 300+ days. Doctors work 365 days. Firefighters work 300+ days. Farmers work 365 days. But judges work only 196 days a year. We have 5.38 crore cases pending. Judges receive a ₹2.8 lakh salary and ₹45K allowance per month.

Prime Minister @narendramodi, during his foreign tours, reportedly requests that his schedule allow for nap times and that venues without stairs be preferred. We have absolutely no problem with this, considering his age. But then he should stop claiming in India that he works for 18 hours a day and stop running PR campaigns with questions like, “Aap kaun sa tonic lete hain?”
