Drunken elephants really do exist, and their chaotic behavior is hilarious. Thanks to fermented marula fruit (which has an alcohol content similar to that of beer), these gentle giants end up getting drunk.

Hello @HalifaxBank can you let me know why when I logged into my app this morning, I was able to see someone else’s acc and transactions inc their child benefit payments etc? I did try to call you but couldn’t get through hence the X post

@nadams @HalifaxBank I’ve been in to the branch, they knew nothing about it, they put me onto head office I’ve put an official complaint in and have received £60 compensation, due to this and how I was treated in the branch

@MartinSLewis Halifax account showing payments in and out, went in again and it was just my account (glad I took pictures of other transactions) went into H/B they knew nothing about it!! head office explained the issue eventually after I put an official complaint in got £60 compensation

Do you use the Lloyds, Bank of Scotland or Halifax apps? People have been messsaging me this morning of being shown other peoples transactions. I want to see how widespread this is. Has it happened to you. If so a) What are you seeing? Which app. b) If it is someone elses transactions does it give any of their details too (name, account number etc)?

@dobbies poor service at your st ives branch this afternoon we went in at 4.10 for cake and coffee, my wife is a member and it’s her birthday month by 4.20 we were being told we shut at 4.30!! Even though a big sign outside the cafe says open till 5! Bin on the food counter!!!

@ConradWiacek Thanks for your reply. I can confirm that we are now able to advise we will refund taxi fares where we have been unable to provide a train or bus service and the customer had already started their journey. Jo

Absolutely staggering response from @GWRHelp despite having to, by law, complete the journey. What a country.

@HarryMCraig @GWRHelp @Tyw77 Last week the train was running late, so decided to not stop at some stops ie Camborne which is where my wife, daughter, granddaughter was due to get off, only response was train was 30-60 mins late so offered £9 refund from a £72 return fare I’m in the process of appealing

@GWRHelp @Tyw77 This isn’t true @GWRHelp - your own passengers’ charter says you have to pay out for reasonable alternative travel (eg a taxi) or a hotel when you do not make such arrangements for a passenger Regulation No 1371/2007 also obliges you to provide alternative transport

Hello. I'm contacting on behalf of my dad. He's stuck in Plymouth with no train going to Truro. @GWRHelp. What provisions do you have in place? Staff at the station is saying no taxi arranged either.

@GWRHelp Sorry but This does not answer the question the train did not arrive at the station as booked!! Stops were cancelled, last night you said I would get a full refund, but how do I do that as your refund form only gives minutes late, do I just put 120 min?

Please make sure to fill in all the boxes on the form and attach a picture of your tickets cut in half with scissors. If you have eTickets or have not collected your paper tickets yet, please upload a screenshot of your booking confirmation email instead. - Matt

@GWRHelp you app is now showing 15.15 (now 15.52) from Plymouth is now cancelled at Redruth and Camborne but still stopping at st erth is this correct as I need to meet someone if the train!
