@SG_etvous Ma femme s'est fait voler son portefeuille le 10 juin dernier, et donc ses CB. Elle a fait les démarches auprès de son agence, et pourtant toujours pas le remboursement des paiements frauduleux (~60€). Il faut vraiment 2 MOIS pour traiter ce genre de choses ?

@REDbySFR bonjour. J'ai transféré chez vous mon forfait téléphonique et ceux de mes 2 enfants. Pour ces derniers, on me demande 250€ de dépôt de garantie par forfait! Payer 500€ pour passer chez vous, comment dire - surtout que j'étais déjà client avant. Vous avez une solution?
