This was one of those moments where I felt like a game producer (Michael Murray) accidentally said the quiet part out loud. If your competitive game isn't "skewed towards higher level players" then what you have is a glorified party game. Explains a lot about the state of T8.

I cannot Korean Backdash in VF or DOA. The gameplay that I find unappealing in T8 is not fixed by playing VF. For the movement and spacing game I want to play, the next best alternative was probably SSBM. @alcratz's R.U.S.H. has taken that spot now. The 1 hour I played was the most fun I've had in FGs in forever.

I'm hoping Alisa eventually gets some serious nerfs bordering on unfair 😋 At least Drag mains know how nerfs feel having gone through Tekken 7 Alisa mains though.........

Such a cool idea to have Conquest escape at the end of the Invincible season 4 countdown

Virtua Fighter has always had better movement. The real reason that Tekken players won’t dedicate themselves to vf is because vf punishes the movement that Tekken is based from. For example KBD would get punished just by a neutral mid kick for big stagger guaranteed damage.

Having a “feedback” portal where anybody can give you feedback in honestly the worst thing you can do. How about reach out to the actual pros/big names playing your game & get their feedback for balancing. Not “John Tekken” who has 40 DEF & doesn’t know any punishment.

Fetterman: We're losing generations in my party to supporting Israel. So I don't follow the polls. You know? I'm going to follow the moral clarity of Israel.

Today I wore this jacket again that automatically makes Chinese people approach to tell me that their grandma wears the same thing Woman on the F train showed me a video of her grandma dancing w a fan while wearing it. I asked her, "So is it cool in Northern China?" She misunderstood my question and said "It's 40 below zero. You don't even need a refrigerator because you can just put your food outside."

Who knew that The Phantom Menace would be the most politically relevant movie of 2026?
