Absolute shit customer support @Flipkart @flipkartsupport My order has been delayed for 3 days, and every morning a number is assigned for the deliver agent, i've called the delviery agent 10 times since morning but the call wont go through and the flipkat customer support team

Been left on hold for 10 minutes.

Guys your customer support system is absolutely messed up @Pepperfry Firstly I've received a defected piece for which I placed a return but not a single person called to check and just automatically denied it. Then I went to the app support who then asked me write an email.

Check please and tell me what I'm supposed to do.

After writing the email it said a ticket was generated and I'd get a response in 24hours. After not getting a response I sent a follow up and now get a auto response saying the case has been closed. How?! I haven't received any information or call!!

Hey @CRED_club @CRED_support @TajWestEnd We called last night at 930pm on the Taj concierge number to confirm a room was available for today for which we got a confirmation and made the payment on the CRED app. Post which it has been a nightmare getting in touch with either of

the teams to make a reservation for today. And since morning Taj is completely refusing to give us the reservation for today. Someone needs to take responsibility for this. POC at the Taj concierge is Vaibhav.
