@_JordanDecker If Laine had the work effort of Gallagher, he’d be playing. You don’t bench skilled players unless they’re lazy. On that note, Texier is borderline Laine. Good skill set but I don’t see a super effort unless he has a scoring chance.

You can’t. I was stoked when Habs first got Laine. Wished the best for him and really hoped he could rebound from everything, but you just absolutely can’t put him in the lineup. He hasn’t played since October or November and he couldn’t keep up then.

I guess the Tampa Bay Lightning get to play with a different rule book. They got away with an interference on the OT winner last night. But when a similar situation happened to them against the Toronto Maple Leafs in game 7, they called back the goal and interference was called. I don’t like complaining about the refs, but there needs to be a standard of consistency.
