It's a global company showing some actual class and respect for the customer. Then you look at our ones... @dialoglk and @slt_mobitel. Haha! If our internet is dead for a whole week, they will still send the full bill, sharp on time, maybe with a red colour reminder also. You call them, wait for 20 minutes of music, and they'll ask "Sir, have you tried restarting the router?" For them, customer service is just a department name, I think. Their main job is to find new ways to squeeze every last rupee from our wallets for a service that barely works. Starlink is not just giving us internet; they are giving these local giants a long-overdue lesson in how to treat people. Big difference, men. Thank you @starlink, @elonmusk.
