@Debenhams you need to do better, the quality of most items is shocking your return process is impossible and refunds takes up to 3 months after items received. All round shocking customer service and experience. You NEED to do BETTER!!!!

@newlook you should ensure quality checks are carried out on items BEFORE sending them out. Sending out items with loose threads and animal fur is not okay!!!!
