Sur le Tour du Hainan aujourd'hui on a assisté à quelque chose d'assez unique à 30 bornes de l'arrivée. Bordure / attaque collective de tous les Euskaltel qui sont partis à 7. Depuis la victoire de Seixas au Pays basque, tout semble possible. #TOH2026

In honor of Andrew August taking a surprising 7th the 1st stage ITT at @ehitzulia , I wanted to attempt my own ranking of riders age 22 and under. The top 3 shouldn't be a surprise - or really the top 10 or so. After that I rearrange quite a bit! I genuinely want to know how you would rank these or which ones you think I am way off on. The list is my ranking (AWIC - American Werewolf In Cycling) and the columns to the far right show @ProCyclingStats ranking and total points. My rankings are based on previous results, recent results, what I think is long term potential, and - if I'm being honest - names that jumped out to me on the list as some of them I have yet to learn about. Not surprisingly, I ended my list at 18 - which is where I rank Andrew after his recent performance. Of course by the end of this week this could completely change but - like most of the things I post on here - I thought it was a fun exercise for now and something I could look back upon in a couple of years.
