The robots are coming, and the people building them, are all heading to one place... San Francisco on July 16th: Humanoids are making their first steps on factory floors, autonomous vehicles are hitting public roads, and agricultural robots are transforming how we grow food, as physical AI moves from lab demos to real-world deployment at a pace that keeps accelerating. @autonomousevent. Bringing 500 founders, engineers and investors in physical AI onto one stage, including founders and CEOs from @SkildAI, @RhodaAI, @DexterityAi, @foundation_robo, @carbonrobotics, @MachinaLabs_ and @BedrockRobotics, alongside investors from @khoslaventures, DCVC and Red Glass Ventures, and press from Forbes, Business Insider, The Information and WIRED. With two stages and four content tracks running throughout the day, this is where the conversations that shape where this industry goes next will actually happen, all in one room. This is the physical AI event of the year, so don't miss it. Use code ILIR20 for 20% off your ticket → autonomousfuture.co (No affiliate link, just a discount code for anyone who wants to join.)

Adam is about to get sued for 100s of thousands for deception. In his own words hes unsure if hes being a 'scumbag'. But, what he actually is is brilliant. Texting leads with a blue bubble (right now) shows one clear signal: I am a real human. It is a money printing machine when used properly (and ethically). As for Adam, will he actually get sued? Idk, i hope not. But he did have an agent portray itself as him and one text to the wrong person in the wrong state = lawsuit & settlement for 10s of thousands. Using him as inspo, I started having my team build this into our stack. Agents will be: Texting me (chief of staff, PM, EA) Texting my team Texting my clients Texting my prospects & to help you out, I made an 18 page guide set this up for yourself. Inside: How to build this claude code The tech stack How to do this legally Comment 'blue' and ill send it Must be following to get auto dm

AUTONOMOUS - July 16th
AUTONOMOUS - July 16th@autonomousevent·
Early bird for AUTONOMOUS closes Friday. If you build, invest or engineer in physical AI, this room is for you. San Francisco, July 16. 500 founders, engineers, investors, and operators, for one day. → The whole value chain is concentrated in the same, intimate space, discussing the problems each vertical faces. → The density of the room matters more than the size of the crowd. Your next investor, customer, or co-founder is thinking the same as you, where is the future going to happen? → The people deploying robots at real scale are on stage, not just demoing. Operators talking about how integration actually went versus how it was planned. → The talks are curated, this is an event for those who want more than information in a newsletter and real value provided. Get your ticket → autonomousfuture.co

How close are we to seeing full automation in robotics? The bottleneck is never the robot. 4.66 million industrial robots now operating in factories worldwide. Payback periods on automation down 75% in five years. Kodiak hitting a 78% Autonomous Readiness Metric for long-haul trucking. Amazon running 1 robot for every 1.5 human workers. The machines are ready. 92% of manufacturers say automation is essential for competitiveness. 37% have significant automation in place. The Pentagon just requested a 24,000% budget increase for autonomous warfare in a single cycle. Every sector tells the same story. Capability is not the problem. Regulatory frameworks, procurement cycles, workforce readiness, legal oversight requirements, it's the systems built around the technology that are consistently the last thing to catch up. Physical AI is not waiting for a breakthrough, development is steady, research and simulation testing both compound interest. What it is waiting for is for the environment around it to be ready. That conversation is happening in San Francisco on July 16th. AUTONOMOUS lands in SF as the premier physical AI & robotics conference that the industry needs. Putting the right founders, investors, engineers and buildings in the same room.

We spent months building a Claude Code system that runs outbound at our $7M ARR agency (and we're giving the whole thing away). Our head of GTM, Kenny, walks through the complete build on camera. Scores a target list against our ICP, pulls sales leaders via Apollo, enriches the missing emails, fetches our best-performing copy from Instantly's API, and loads 154 leads into Instantly with the copy and schedule set. Kenny packaged everything he used in the video below into a public starter kit. You get: → the GitHub repo → the CLAUDE md file we use → the Python scoring scripts Reply "send" and I'll DM you all three.

I'm excited to announce my new venture: The Narrative Company. Most exec content reads like ads. Ours doesn't. Over the last year, we've quietly worked with a handful of Fortune 500 clients on their X and LinkedIn content. But this isn't how it started. It started when I got a C in my English finals. I wasn't a natural writer. Nobody around me was doing what I was trying to do. So in college I spent six hours a day on Twitter. Writing. Deleting. Writing again. That turned into 1M+ followers across social. Somewhere along the way, a Fortune 500 CEO asked me to help run his social. Then another one did. The Narrative Company is the firm @arvkothari and I are building around that work. We write executive content that actually sounds like the executive. Most comms teams are built to avoid mistakes that were never going to happen. We're built for the opposite. Posts that get read, shared, and quoted in rooms you're not in. A few weeks ago, I found my old English paper and ran it through an AI model. It came back with an A 🤣 If you're a CEO who'd rather be read than ignored, we'd love to talk. We're also hiring across SF and NYC for comms, sales, and engineering. Remote if exceptional. Kid who got a C is hiring.

On September 27th, we threw our second DTC summit: 110 attendees at the Shopify Space in NYC 8-panel discussions 4 post-event dinners (all at the same time) It took 3 months to put together, but it was worth it. Just being in a room with founders and executives from 8/9 figure DTC brands, asking them questions, and learning from actual data that comes with being in the weeds – I learned a ton. I’m sure everyone else did as well. I met one founder who scaled their first company to $400M+ in their first couple of years and is now running one of the biggest pet brands in the space. I met another tech founder who recently sold his company for nearly 9-figures and is already crushing it with their next one. And this was the norm. Absolute ballers in the crowd. Mad inspiring to say the least. And after seeing all the conversations our brand attendees and partners had both up on stage and elsewhere, there’s one thing that I know – there’s a lot more to come from DTC Experts. Starting with our first summit of 2024 on February 7th. And it’s getting better with each one. If you want to be involved (brand attendees only) DM me now. And if you’re here for the ride, then I appreciate you :)

2.0 of the Social Snowball dashboard is live and it is CLEAN. And thats not all we have to announce with Social Snowball 2.0. We are releasing our second ever product, and it genuinely will change the way brands partner with influencers. Announcing that soon. Any guesses?

This week marks 7 years since founding @outwaysocks. But I've hesitated to post anything or really celebrate. On one hand, I'm incredibly proud of what we've built. But on the other I feel like in that amount of time we should be much further along. And that's the tricky thing about entrepreneurship. The thing that drives you to succeed, is also the thing that prevents you from stopping to smell the roses. But today instead of focussing on how far along I think we should be, I'm choosing to focus on just how far we've come. It's been an incredible journey with what feels like a lifetime of lessons, memories, and connections. I wouldn't trade it for the world and am forever grateful to everyone who's been a part of the journey. Today I'm choosing proud.

You’re trying to break into a space. You’re surrounded by absolute killers. How do you make the most of the situation? What’s the best way to add value in a scenario where you’re the dumbest in the room?
