Games marketing is broken. After raising over $50M to support and work with hundreds of studios over the last 6 years, I find that the biggest problem is studios’ lack of direct connection with their players. Over the last six years, I’ve watched talented teams struggle because they never had a clear way to reach, learn from, and grow with players over time. Without that connection, everything becomes harder - validation, iteration, community growth, and retention all turn into guesswork. For most of the games industry’s history, platforms have controlled identity, communication, and distribution, which are invaluable to a game’s success. Apple limited how studios could collect and use player contact information outside the App Store, and Steam still doesn’t give studios access to the contact details of players who wishlist or sign up for playtests. Studios are left without a direct relationship with the audience they’re trying to serve. As a result, studios rely on fragmented tools and spreadsheets to manage players across different stages of development and live operations, with no continuity from first contact through long-term engagement. Today, that changes with the launch of FirstLook 1.0. FirstLook is the first Player Relationship Platform built specifically for games. It gives studios everything they need to connect with players across the full lifecycle, including playtests and feedback, community and communications, analytics, rewards, and creator programs, all in one place. We’ve been building under the radar, but FirstLook already powers hundreds of studios, from indies to publishers like Krafton, @ArenaNet, and @Skybound, connecting millions of players with the developers who make the games they love. As part of the launch, we’re introducing a brand new limited time free plan, with access to all our features for up to 500 players. You can set this up now in under 10 minutes. If you want to learn more, book a demo and we guarantee that you will save you time and money and help you grow. Links in comments!

Inworld TTS-1.5 releases today. The #1 TTS on Artificial Analysis now offers realtime latency under 250ms and optimized expression and stability for user engagement, and costs half a cent per minute. Some voice models are fast, some are expressive, some are affordable. We outperform them all across the board. Production-grade realtime latency: <250ms latency for Max model, <130ms for Mini (P90 first audio) - 4x faster than before. Voice agents now respond before users notice any delay. Engagement-optimized quality: 30% more expressive to serve a wider range of personalities and 40% lower word error rates for fewer hallucinations, word cutoffs, and audio artifacts. Built for consumer-scale: Radically affordable with enhanced multilingual support (15 languages including Hindi) and enhanced voice cloning, now via API. Amazing how far you've come @felipekiwi90 !
Felipe | Robot.com@felipekiwi90

Six months ago, we introduced Robot.com Today, we launch it 🎉 Over the past few years, we’ve quietly scaled from 300K to 1.7 million+ robotic tasks. 500+ real robots. Doing real work every day — delivering, moving, inspecting, and more. Here's the lineup: 1. R-Dog ™ — Digital Out-of-Home Advertising (New) A robotic dog with dual high-resolution screens, bringing motion and interactivity to advertising. And a moving tail :) 2. R-Noid ™ — Humanoids (New) We built ours differently. Assisting in kitchens and handling repetitive work. (Not just to impress). 3. R-Kiwi ™ — Last-Mile Delivery Delivers meals across campuses. Designed for outdoor autonomy and social acceptance. 4. R-Cargo ™ — Warehouse & Logistics Moves materials across factories and warehouses. Built for precision and indoor/outdoor reliability. Our advantage isn’t just technology. It’s trust. Because in physical AI, social trust isn’t nice-to-have; it’s the moat. It’s how robotics stops feeling foreign and starts feeling familiar. We’re here to lead by building what can be deployed and scaled now. We’re here to show that robots can be accepted — even loved — by design.

“Irrational confidence” That’s what Patrick Lee @rottendoubt, co-founder and founding CEO of @RottenTomatoes told me. The great entrepreneurs distinguish themselves by: Believing in themselves when they have no reason to. Keeping their eyes on their north star and moving forward. Converting No’s to Yes’s. That belief becomes their edge. Because often, not knowing the box is exactly what allows you to think outside it. 💡 🎧 Catch the full conversation with Patrick Lee on From Start-Up to Grown-Up available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and Buzzsprout. Imagine an apparel brand with 80,000 products trying to generate video ads for each of them! It's humanly impossible for large e-commerce businesses generate video ads at scale today. Excited to announce @BesteverAI Commerce today that solves this.

On Christmas Eve 2019, Michael Seibel, then CEO of YC, called me: “You might not be cut out to be a founder.” He was right. We had pivoted 20 times. I thought I could always return to my 7-figure quant job. That night, I realized: you commit or you quit. Fast forward: Motion raised $60M at $550M. Michael is now a personal investor.

Inworld Runtime is live! The first AI runtime built to auto-scale consumer apps from prototype to millions of users, automate MLOps, and launch one-click AI experiments. We heard you: “I vibe-coded a prototype in 4 hours. Why does it take us 4 months to launch?” We delivered: - Adaptive Graphs: Auto-scale from 10 to 10M users. No rework. - Automated MLOps: Ops, telemetry, optimizations automatically. - Live Experiments: Instant A/B tests, no code changes. Thanks to partners like @nvidia @Google @Xbox @Disney @NBCUniversal @MistralAI @NianticLabs @minimax_ai for the early collab. Wins from early access partners: Status hit 1M users in 19 days, Bible Chat scaled voice features, @streamlabs nailed real-time multimodal magic.

I’m hiring a product designer for Sudowrite. This is a dream job for a designer who loves to write. The beginning of the listing is… a mini therapy sesh for me. You’d think it’d be chill after that. But no, it goes on to talk about our company cult… sudowrite.com/jobs/designer

@CallGigiAI just dropped. Gigi is the AI who knows everyone. She scraped your online life, psychoanalyzed you, and now she’s telling you who you should actually meet. You didn’t sign up. You already have a profile. You already have a ranking. You can run a vibe check on anyone. People you like. People you hate. Obviously, we started with you: the tech crowd. Because let’s be honest, you all secretly want to match with each other anyway. Let the party begin.
