Hi, the return tickets will have the same ticket number. If you were delayed on both legs of your journey, you will need to submit separate claims and the most you will receive in compensation will be the total cost of your ticket. If you were only delayed on one leg of your journey, please submit the correct portion of your ticket. Is there anything else I can help you with? ^MM

@thetrainline @SW_Help can you help? I can't claim for delay/repay as two of my four tickets have the same ticket number. They show the correct part of the journey out and back. But same ticket number??

Making the simple complicated is commonplace; @_MGosling on @BBCRadio2 making the nuisances of Academy schools simple, that's what a visionary leader sounds like!

@NewDigitalAge1 @tkawaja Terry has been correct on many things. But I don't see last mover advantage for marketing teams approaching AI Those late to social never caught up. It's as much about the people / culture you create, than the new trend...

@Angel44441722 For example: Exercise and prioritising sleep gives you energy, better posture, and a positive attitude. A great corporate skill is managing your workload, and learning how to say no to people. This gives you time to prepare, and enables you to go the extra mile on that project

@bertolet between your MWC photo, your LinkedIn photo, and your twitter…you could be three different people, with the same name and all who love Reddit?!? Hope to bump into one of you in Barcelona next week

@FinanceDirCFO So keep those receipts and the £1k allowance should suffice for a lot side hustles!

@rowlybourne I'm not a tax specialist and don't know the full picture, so I'm wary of giving advice. But yes, this is about taxing profits, not revenues. When you lose money on every transaction, HMRC is generally less interested... ;-) The £1k allowance should keep most out of tax tho'

I'm sure everyone who follows me is scrupulous about their tax affairs, but just in case you know a "side hustler" who isn't, this is worth a read ... BBC News - Depop, Vinted and other apps to share more information with HMRC bbc.co.uk/news/business-…

In 2023 NHS staff suggested improved pay would be more helpful than claps…so the Mayor of London listened and blew (Litterally) millions on fireworks to say thank you…he may have missed the point

@Simonfesta @cadielisejones Simon I refer back to my chart…if it’s just 1st party data then Forrester’s client couldn’t put themselves top right on their own…so invent a new category that lets you separate yourself from the pack 🤣

The Adtech industry has shown me up again! I naively thought there was only 1st party and 3rd party data… But Adtech has corrected this “party-phobic” thinking… There is also in fact (obviously): zero party data (thanks Cheetah Digital), & 2nd party data (thanks clean rooms)

@cadielisejones @Simonfesta Forrester define it as “zero party data is that which a customer intentionally and proactively shares with a brand” So what Cadi said…

@Simonfesta @rowlybourne Yes, I guess it does - but sometimes useful to be able to distinguish the different “flavours” of 1P data maybe?

@Simonfesta That’s easy to explain. You pay a research house such as Forrester to create marketing materials…hmm sorry I mean independent research that shows prospective customers, investors, or acquirers that you are in the top right corner of your two by two…(data driven chart attached)
