Steroids or no steroids! We all have seen both sides but need solid evidence which might not be the case soon. Need to treat patients in the interim....

possible role for low-dose steroid in COVID? Perhaps timed with the early inflammatory phase (e.g. ~5-10d after illness onset, when hypoxemia is worsening). Available evidence from SARS & COVID-19 suggests possible benefit - but *not* definitive. (blog: emcrit.org/pulmcrit/stero…)
