@Tesco I have dm’d the details. I’m still waiting on a call back from someone at Tesco.com to call me back to redeliver my groceries as the driver clearly wasn’t bothered and left a total mess for me and also your customers services to deal with.

@Tesco spoke to an advisor who said that someone would call me tomorrow for a redelivery as I can’t afford to go that long without money or food. If my entire order isn’t with me tomorrow, I’ll just go to the knock store and get a cash refund, you can’t do this to people.

@Tesco pretty disappointed with the service received tonight (or lack thereof) driver didn’t bother to contact us or show up for delivery. Lied to in the call centre, refund takes ages and the last time I needed a refund you took over 2 weeks due to incompetency. Never again.
@Cex REFUSING AN ELDERLY WOMEN? I feel disgusted this company had taken advantage of an elderly women. I returned to the store today with my sister to try and get a refund. To find out you are not allowed to get a refund, only store credit?
