@UrviAradhya @airindia Had a similar experience LHR to AMD at the beginning of August. Flight cancelled 6 hours before departure, I wasn't even put on the delayed flight despite the website showing the flight departing at a delayed time #worstcustomerexperience

@airindia looks like airindia was better managed by Govt than Tatas. 26 th Aug Mumbai SFO flight delayed by 19 hrs 45 min… routinely also delayed by 3-4 hours . Spoiling the Brand name Tata big time.

@airindia I am not at the airport. There is no confirmation as to what flight we are rebooked on. Air India website shows today's flight has been delayed and is now departing at 9am on 3rd August. Are we being rebooked on that flight?
