In this post I want to tell you how my workday at the bakery goes I think many of you will be interested in how I work First, when I arrive, I have to change into a clean white uniform Then I go through a cleaning/sanitation process After that, I enter the actual bread production area There are many different roles there - packers, cleaners, machine operators And where you’re placed doesn’t depend on you I got lucky - my job is to stand on the line and remove defective, not-yet-ready bread And no, I DON’T MAKE the bread, I just stand on the line I also have 4 shifts, each lasting a week - Morning - Day - Evening - Weekend A shift lasts 8 hours with a 30-minute break Also, 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays each month I work 12-hour shifts Overall, it’s not a very difficult job for me, it’s just hard to stand in one place for 8 hours And it’s hard to combine Twitter with this job, but I won’t give up, because I chose this path
