Tried to get into running again…and after just a few weeks of short runs a few times a week, my shins are so bad that I’m limping around the office. I may want to love running again but it certainly doesn’t love me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So my physical therapist has kinda sorta become my mental health therapist and today she could tell I wasn’t 100% so she talked through it with me while I worked out and then sent me out of the appt with chocolate and honestly, all of it helped.

My crappy running form finally got me. Went in for an ultrasound on a strange lump on my leg. Turns out it is a partial lateral collateral ligament tear thanks to my horrendous gait. Local runner friends, have a physical therapist you love?

Rather than cancel student loan debt why don't we simply cap the interest rate on school loans at say 1 or 2%. Gotta have some skin in the game and also pay for higher education. Can make an informed choice. And yes I am paying on my loans currently.

Hell yes I was going to run #BostonMarathon this year, 6 weeks after the trials. Haters will say it’s because I’m greedy. Must suck to not know what passion looks like. Ok. I’m done. Rest up! There’s a full day of watching marathons tomorrow.
