I am seeing a HUGE increase in competitor traffic and loose matching in one of my campaigns. It was perfect a few weeks ago. #ppcchat it really feels like a couch cushion, being shaken because these are exact match keywords

Questions On Hiring In 2024/2025. 1. Is it just normal now for candidates to wear a t-shirt/casual clothes to a first round Zoom video interview? 2. It is just normal now to NOT send a thank email after a first round interview? Asking because we have noticed this to be more of the norm now than the exception. Wondering if this is just the new normal now due to both the pandemic and changes in how the hiring process works now with ai and automation being more involved. If a candidate did these things, would you still consider hiring them or this is a dealbreaker?

@PPCKirk Because the feed sucks and I don’t even notice the ads anymore next to people who aren’t my friends showing in my feed with click bait - I remember when I used to discover amazing brands on Facebook that I would actually try and I liked the ads!
