#1000RED...... Today I have ran 1000 consecutive days. And if it wasn't for a short interlude recovering from a broken neck it would be around 2500days! Short run today #MentalResilience

Well worth spending some time looking around this. I lost a few hours walking around the real exhibition on a few occasions when it was at the IWM. Shame it is no longer there. But pleased to see this website up and running.. well done @LordAshcroft for keeping the stories alive.

The decision by @I_W_M to close the Lord Ashcroft Gallery was truly heartbreaking, but the stories of bravery told there must live on. I am delighted to announce the launch of a new virtual tour so you can see the Gallery for yourself 👇👇👇 👀 lordashcroftmedalcollection.com

@BigBearF1 Miniatures should be worn at evening functions generally. Go for the full size...

Now, the question I’m asking myself is, do I wear these on Sunday, or the miniature’s, or any at all, just my veterans badge? I’m not going suited and booted, just smart casual. What’s your thoughts troops? 🤔💂🏻‍♀️👋🏻🇬🇧🍻

@TowerOfLondon @BritishArmy Thank you, that is really interesting... There is a story in itself. 'What Yeoman Warders wear on the inside of their Tudor Bonnets'

Good Morning Britain
Veterans are being left without a clear route into civilian care and support, according to a report by the Armed Forces charity @HelpforHeroes. Barrie Griffiths served in the Royal Air Force for more than 30 years, but when he was discharged after suffering a spinal injury, he said he felt 'thrown to the wolves' with 'no guidance' on how to manage civilian life. Barrie talks to @susannareid100 and Richard about his experience.
