@TPExpressTrains please increase your bike capacity on your trains, there seems to be nothing available for months... 2 bikes allowed in the summer season.... surely there is a solution to this? (frustrated cyclist)

Went to Derby today via the Derwent Valley Heritage Way, to see a tree that was planted for a very special person. Saw lots of duckies, horses in the way, mystery fog. Matlock bath is excluded from any social distancing rules though.

This was fun, am normally out running on a Sunday morning but today I really CBA, yes it happens to us all and it all ok to CBA occasionally. Body is fluctuating even more these days being an old female git and am shaking a bit.

My first aid kit now includes PPE facemask, hand sanitiser and gloves. Everyone's first aid kit should now contain these. It was 'only' a 5.5 mile route tonight with a group of 4 but exposed on parts and a face plant could lead to needing attention so be prepared.

A fantastic trail run tonight taking people around trails on the suburbs of Sheffield. If you fancy this give me a shout. I'll be running some more sessions next week.

Working hard today on paperwork and electronic versions - now got in place a fab covid-19 form with electronic signature like that when you sign for a parcel and my COVID-19 risk assessments. Putting the health and well-being at the forefront of my business.
