The #Bears worked out St. Francis (IL) defensive back Scott Tumilty today, per source. Tumilty ran a 4.46 in the 40-yard dash at the invite. Two-time NAIA All-American with 3 career returns for touchdowns.

Carter Ferguson (Willowbrook HS, IL) continued a great, generous tradition whereby Warriors alumni support football-playing student-athletes in being part of the growth experiences provided by AFW ELITE TEAM tours. Carter (right) starred in the secondary and on special teams.

My recent interview with Tanque Verde RB/LB @gavingilb_45 at the Southern Arizona Media Football Awards presentation. Gilbert, a 1A-3A Player of the Year, rushed for 1,397 yards on 207 carries with 17 TDs. Also had 137 tackles, 28 for loss, as a linebacker. The Hawks advanced to the 2A quarterfinals with a 9-3 record under first-year coach Jeff Bollnow.

OK, I need someone to explain the Kyle McCord transfer thing. What was the business decision? Did Day say that they are pulling his scholarship or NIL money? If they didn't say anything like that, what made it him want to leave? Or did Day say he did believe in him?
