Last time I applied for a DFG towards a lift I only wanted 30%..I had paid myself for building work out of savings I was refused

Wheelchair users have been trying for ages to raise awareness about their wheelchairs being broken so often when they fly, and the devastating impact this has on them. @AmericanAir baggage handlers decided to give a demonstration of how much they enjoy breaking them 😡

@TransportForAll Dear Huw what about those of us who require additional assistance ie wheelchair ramps ? even a multi tasker cannot be in 2 places at once. Or am I misunderstanding and you wish to replace customer service with an APP!

Travelling by train through a darkened, snowbound Finland and my God this is easy with a wheelchair. No pre-booking assistance needed, you just roll right onto the train from the platform with everyone else. Simples.
