@A_Hxrrxz I'm also tired of the same questions I'm asked in every interview I do in real life🤣 Seriously though, there's a finite amount of questions possible. More variation would be possible with AI or humans, but the subjects remain the same. Newgen faces are already generated by AI.

@DigitalSamIAm @growinggray Bingo - second this hardcore. It's why I lean into smaller agencies (10 employees or less is a sweet spot) if I need a specialist. With big agencies you're spinning the wheel of roulette on who your team is and their subject matter expertise

IMO, the thing missing here is variability. For larger agencies, there's *insane* variability - at the office, team & service level. I've heard from countless brand owners how X Big Agency's LA office is incredible, but the NYC team is terribad. Same thing on the teams - the creative team is pocket aces; the performance media team is 2/7 offsuit. There are few things as insanely frustrating as getting a shiny pitch + seeing banger case studies....only to find out that the team who did those things is in another office.

Big agency or small agency? My answer’s sure to upset someone... Both options have pros and cons. Here's a quick breakdown (after seeing both sides of the spectrum):

If you make a six figure salary, most content out there around side hustles and entrepreneurship doesn't apply to you.
