Creatine isn’t just for adults. I give my son 2.5 g/day.
There are (albeit few) studies in kids and adolescents showing creatine can improve performance. For example, trials in adolescent soccer and basketball players report improvements in power, jumping, sprint/anaerobic performance, and technical skills with creatine (often using ~0.03–0.1 g/kg/day).
I’m also interested in its potential brain/energy effects.
The key is dose. You don’t want to use adult-loading amounts, but 2.5 g/day (maybe slightly above) is a conservative, reasonable range.
On busy days, I’ll also use protein powder in a smoothie to fill protein gaps. One thing I look for is avoiding certain emulsifiers, which can be rough on the gut for some people when used frequently.

You think people who bet on John Riggins Eric Dickerson, Dan Marino had to make sure they had CLV or " EV" when a cell phone or computer didn't even exist yet ?..the new generation sold themselves on EV like its a cheat code then use word " long term " when they can't scientifically prove it

What is the actual harm caused? And getting lucky is not a harm. If T&C says "any breach we steal your balance", that probably won't count. They have to show the actual harm if you lawyer up. If you won 5k and a violation cost them $500, they probably don't get whole $5k

In the last year, I've seen dozens of players have their balances seized by DFS and Sweepstakes sites for alleged t&c violations. Most of these sites require you first do informal dispute resolution. If you request this and are ignored, /1

@DeucesWild9 Asking to hold a group accountable, and now to abolish it because it's a clown show and create something that works better isn't an argument for open borders. Such a dumb fkn response for anyone to argue it's one or the other. Past the point of reform. Abolish ICE. Start over.

@rxgamble But right now it is white suburban women who have spent zero time dealing with the fallout from that open border who seem to not care about those who were hurt. So I’m open to solutions.
