Most players appeal for decisions to go their way, like throw ins or going down with the slightest touch. Pity that Neymar just goes that step too far and makes it unpalatable.

No matter how you feel about Neymar, the fact that he is now only behind Pelé in goals scored for Brazil is relevant. Yes, you can point out the higher number of matches compared since the Noughties and that Ronaldo was MIA for over two years between 1998 and 2002. Still...
