I have been doing a bit of thinking here as of late from what I see being posted, replies in said posts etc. Some folks won't like this, and that is fine. You DO NOT need to try and catch some "modular plate carrier, chest rig, purse system" pre-order because it's cheap. You DO NOT need NODs, Thermals, Drones, FRT IAR nonsense, or whatever some social media "Influencer" tells you that you need so you don't get kilt in da skreets or when society collapses or whatever scenario they dream up. Anyone that is pushing that kind of nonsense on here, IG, Youtube etc so you can be a "prepared minuteman" is trying to sell you on SOMETHING and will use whatever kind of gay ass marketing needed to make you press the buy button. Majority of folks would be far better off saving that cash, buying a reliable pistol, optic, light, holster etc and taking a class and actually being proficient with it, and continue training, having a week worth of food available, an emergency fund, a water filter and purification method (no you don't need to buy Cana Provisions or whatever, this is all easily attainable info and you have a smart phone or pen and paper) a generator, and some kind of radio that you know how to use etc. I have seen more than a few folks on here turn into some kind of "influencer" and just sound like a fucking advertisement, stop falling for it please, spend your money wisely, practice the skills you are more likely to actually need. If any of what I sadi above hurts you, good, you are likely part of the problem. Y'all have a good night.
