In my opinion, the Pope is an elected official. There is no mention of a Pope anywhere in the Bible. He is essentially the elected leader of the Catholic church, and that's fine. But don't assign him spiritual importance he does not possess beyond that. What do you think?

Yeah, they can live together and be friends, but only Christians will spend eternity in heaven with God. Muslims will be punished for their sins. So, while Christians are being friends with Muslims, the best thing you can do for your friend is tell them the truth. Christianity is truth. @matthewdmarsden This seems similar to how Mormons want to be called Christians now. We can’t just ignore when religious groups decide to abandon biblical truth and replace it with something else. And that goes for any denomination. Christianity is truth.

I was not trying to insult other Christian denominations when I said that the Catholic Mass has more scripture than most protestant services. Non-Catholics just need to know the truth so they stop with the accusation that we are not a "Bible Church." That way, we can stop with silly sniping. The more we know about each other, the less we will be divided. Catholic Mass (Liturgy of the Word) On Sundays and solemnities: There are typically three Scripture readings plus a responsorial Psalm:First reading: Usually from the Old Testament (or Acts during Easter season). Second reading: From the New Testament letters or Acts. Gospel reading: Always from one of the four Gospels. The Psalm is sung or recited responsively, drawing directly from Scripture. That’s good that you’re done pretending, and that you can knowledge that you were pretending. The Bible talks about people who only think they are saved when they really aren’t.
