@TheCryptoDaddi Tesamorelin does not shrink stubborn belly fat, this is commonly mistaken with what it actually does, shrink visceral fat. Stubborn belly fat is reduced through a calorie deficit, the fat you’re sticking your insulin needles into fyi
English

If you’re taking Tesamorelin, here are a few suggestions:
- Start smart on dose. The standard clinical dose is 2 mg nightly, but unless you have significant visceral fat to target, many of us do great on 1–1.5 mg (or even 1 mg to assess tolerance). No need to jump straight to full dose. This is potent stuff for shrinking stubborn belly fat while preserving muscle. I personally run 5 days on / 2 off to keep sensitivity high.
- Time it right and pair with clean eating. Inject subcutaneous in the abdomen (rotate sites every time) at least 2–3 hours after your last meal, right before bed. This lines up perfectly with your body’s natural GH pulses during deep sleep. High protein (1-1.5g per lb of body weight), moderate carbs around workouts, and plenty of veggies/fiber. Tesamorelin excels at melting visceral fat, but it shines even more when you’re not eating like an asshole. That's why it's popular to stack it with Retatrutide.
- Sleep and recovery are non-negotiable. Since it boosts GH/IGF-1, protect your sleep like gold. Aim for 7–9 hours, consistent bedtime, and consider magnesium glycinate + a bit of glycine. Personally I pair it with DSIP which helps me easily hit deeper REM.
- TRAIN HARD. Tesamorelin alone reduces waist circumference, but resistance training (push/pull/legs or full-body 3–4x week) turns it into a body recomp machine. Focus on progressive overload and core work. You’ll keep (or even gain) muscle while the visceral fat melts off. Make sure to hit 10K steps daily for extra metabolic boost.
- Watch the minor side effects and stay ahead of them. Common ones are mild injection site reactions, temporary water retention, or joint stiffness (especially hands/wrists). Stay hydrated, keep electrolytes up, and ease into it. If you feel any carpal-tunnel-like tingles, drop the dose slightly or add a short break. Get baseline IGF-1 and glucose labs if you’re running longer cycles.
Stacking tip: It pairs beautifully with other GH peptides like Ipamorelin or CJC-1295 for even better recovery and lean gains. Or run it alongside a GLP-1 like Retatrutide for next-level fat loss without losing muscle.
Tesamorelin is such an underrated tool for targeted visceral fat loss and overall body composition when you actually train and eat right. Stay consistent and the results speak for themselves.

@Albert_618 @PlanZ_Crypto DXY for FX USD pairs is the USDT.D in crypto …. Confluence ….

Learnings
Analysis and learnings of my EURUSD continuation play.
@PlanZ_Crypto mentioned a 3h was forming for continuation and I was ready to try. I just entered the 3h and the 4h was formed too.
After a good reaction I was looking to TP at the 8h partial with .786 fib (fib pull marked with white dots).
at the same time DXY hit a 6h behind 2 FVGs.
I only took partials, cause I wasn't aware of it and I'm very new to use confluences... This will change.
As you can see the reaction from the 6h on DXY and 8h on EURUSD is more than enough to take full TP and take a long. Looks too simple tbh.
EURUSD retraces into the 618 and I waited if it swings down again. I made the decision - if it reacts on the 5m Block, fitting 618 and 705 fib - I just take my cash and run.
It closed a candle and showed a small reaction so I just closed the position.
As you can see on DXY the same is happening. The only difference is one fib.
I will backtest that and gather more data. If it works like a charm more often I'm pretty sure this can be very good if played correctly.
My management was mid but the learning can be huge here for me.
If you just look a bit for the confluence after my trade, it seems to be very very much what MT posted on 23.07.21

A+ Setup Trade Breakdown
And friendly reminder to maybe focus on that.
In this example I want to show you the setup I love the most. It doesn't appear often (or I don't find it that often), but when it comes - I ape.
It's what Moneytaur gifted us.
I played it on US100 but reproduced the chart on MNQ, cause the US100 chart now looks different... They changed it you can find the difference if you compare to the linked post and look.
What happens here is important.
The first bounce was made by an MTF block found on 8h 6h and so on. What happens is people long the move. Marketmakers want what? Stop them out collect liquidity.
Below is a MTF block, refineable, behind 2 FVGs.
When you pull the fibs from previous swing like I marked you get the first untested 618... Why untested? It gave no reaction, it was just ignored... FVG runs through it. So could become a target for algos.
From the next swing, fib from swing low to swing high is another 618, fitting nearly exactly the first one. Coincidence? The first MTF bounce was without fib....
So what happens when price hits the refined level is clear. It's basically free money.
I chose to Take Profit in the opening gap, better seen on US100 chart, still you could target a high, an Orderblock or whatever. What counts is that you have a plan and follow the plan.
I See many people chase every single hidden Orderblock or play lots of them on sh*tcoins. I don't think this fits "find, wait, enter" what Taur taught.
I bet if you focus on only A+ Setups, your stress will be lower. Your win rate higher. Your gains bigger.
I hope this helps some people.
Grateful for this knowledge shared by Moneytaur.
This trade is based on the ATOM example that made a lot of stuff clearer.

32 scalp trades for the week. Some were shared publicly, some I wanted to, but I can’t because by the time I finish writing a post, the price would have moved above or below the entry depending on the trade, lol, as it happens really fast on very LTF as you know. Sizes are small as it’s much riskier, so RM has to be really strict
English

I don’t usually share details like this, since I share my trades, trade plans, and scalps live publicly, but someone asked me about my scalping win rate. This is for this week. I’m usually between 69% and 78%. Note that I typically scalp on LTF to micro TFs. I want to improve further and join the 80% club. Huge thanks to the one and only legend @Moneytaur_

@venture_charts Spot on! New weekly range high is now 236.4?

$TAO
What happens on the 5th tap? The new range is now a reality (as if we didn't know that back in January).
The weekly pivot is pending. The long term plan was to wait for this pivot before even considering having spot exposure to this market. The plan does seem to be falling into place...
