NEW: The Kentucky sheriff who shot a local judge in his chambers, had exchanged cell phones just moments before taking the judge's life. According to the Mountain Eagle, District Judge Kevin Mullins and Sheriff Mickey Stines exchanged phones. When Stines was apparently unhappy with what he found, he opened fire on the judge. Stines was previously Mullins' bailiff before he became sheriff in 2018. The two had lunch together just hours before the incident. Sheriff Stines later went to the courthouse to speak with Mullins. They then went to the judge's office, where they continued their conversation. A short conversation took place before the sheriff got up and locked the door. Both men then took out their cell phones and handed them to each other. Stines then got up and pulled out his gun, walked around the desk and repeatedly shot Mullins who passed. It's unclear what the argument was about but an unconfirmed report claims the sheriff found out the judge had r*ped his daughter.

Americans need to understand the separation of power. - Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, will oversee the case. - Trump was indicted in a Red State. - In that Red State, a Grand Jury was impaneled. - At least 12 of 15 jurors had to vote to hand down an indictment. - A Federal Judge, who has no connection with the Executive branch, oversaw the entire process. - That Federal judge had to find 'probable cause' in order to sign off on any subpoena or warrant. - The head of the investigation was an independent special prosecutor, chosen for his lack of biases. You can claim that the prosecutors, the judges and the jurors are all corrupt, but why don't you consider for just a second that the guy being charged under the ESPIONAGE ACT may actually be the corrupt one?

@FNBSA Thank you Lou-Ann (Hyde Park Branch Administrator) for your brilliant help today resolving a technical fault for missing funds. Really appreciate your super efficient service 🙏. FNB’s digital banking is superb, but sometimes nothing beats face-to-face. 🌈

Every time K Starmer makes a speech his team briefs that this shows he’s the heir to T Blair. I know why they do it. Blair won elections. In some ways Starmer is copying new Lab. But it’s a mistake..not allowing Starmer to be distinct and rooting him too overtly in the past.
