@CoxComm customer service is atrocious. I have two issues that need to be resolved. I need to speak with a manager.

@CoxComm Recently I called to fix wiring due to the wires were left hanging off pole and got run over by lawn mower. i was out of internet for a week. Work done again and are hanging off this time. Its extremely shoddy, lazy work that has already cost me time and money.

@batteriesplus I get put on hold for over 20 minutes then disconnected. Tell me about that personal sales rep and scheduling over the phone again? I didn't hear about it enough while on hold. Do better
