Way to wreck the start of a holiday @JetstarAirways $75 charge at the gate for being 1kg over with carry on. I paid for check in when booking but was then told that I couldn’t use that and was charged twice. Great customer service once again.

@MarkGottlieb @MarkGottlieb I was just in front of this guy. It had nothing to do with QLD Police or stadium security, it was 2 old FIFA officials of middle eastern decent who came and took the flag. The guy then questioned it and the FIFA guys got security. Was a total over reaction
