@markhm Sorry I just saw this. I haven't been on Twitter since ages. All of my posts are automatic reposts of my instagram. I haven't worked on d3 for a while now. Been mostly drowning myself in the rx/reactive ecosystem.

@ryansukale Hi Ryan, just noticed your d3_tree work in GitHub. Are you still interested in trees...? I am trying to combine bits and pieces to a v4-based environment that combines various examples.

@rem Based on your tweet, I momentarily thought that her misery caused due to the improper use of the 'this' keyword in javascript in whatever application was used for taxation lol

New year, new January, new you! To start the year off right, might I suggest you start learning FP principles and ways to practically apply them to your JavaScript code? Here's a discount code on my @FLJSbook to help you jump start this new year: leanpub.com/fljs/c/New-Jan…

@mxstbr @mxstbr Happy birthday Max! styled-components are really cool. I spent considerable time thinking and enjoying building github.com/ryansukale/inc… this year. It's a library to significantly reduce boilerplate when using redux with redux-thunk or redux-observables.

Today I turn 22 🎂 For my birthday I'd love to know: which project did you work on last year that not enough people know about? I'll retweet my favorites! 👍

@getify When I wrote my latest open source project, I wrote 90 percent of the documentation first in a different branch. You can look at the commit history. github.com/ryansukale/inc… . I found it extremely useful to start by define the interface of how I wanted to use it first.

I had some code implemented and fully tested, almost ready to release. Then I was writing the documentation for it, and I realized the code's behavior is wrong and should be changed. TDD wouldn't have saved me here. Docs are equally as important as tests in designing software.

@TheJase @thrik @CestDommage @chriscoyier This is such a great answer. I prefer to not ask questions in a way to show how much I know. I would rather try to see how a candidate tries to figure out an explanation. Front end is full of quirks. We are learning something all the time.

Little quiz! Say you load this in a browser window at 600x400: <!DOCTYPE html> <head> <style> .container { width: 40%; height: 40%; background: red; } </style> </head> <body> <div class="container"></div> </body> You'll get...

This Christmas advert has been banned from TV for being too political. I think what's happening to our rain forests should be banned for being criminal to life on earth. This needs to be the most viewed Christmas advert ever! Do your best Twitter!
